having back pain due to what feels like nots in my lower back. how much is first vistit? also having issues with right knee and shoulder. can you help?
At Foster Muscle Therapy, the focus is on treating the soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments) but because the joints (like your should and knee) are controlled and surrounded by muscle, they can function better when the muscles are properly treated and retrained. All of the pains you mentioned can be seen as a sign that all of your muscles are stuck in a chronic state of tension. It sounds like this would be an appropriate therapy for what you have going on. Sessions are an hour and a half, to allow for time to both treat and start to retrain your body ( to prevent needing so much treatment in the future).
